Store Credit Only
In-store purchases are eligible for store credit only if returned within 14 business days of the purchase date.
Condition Requirements
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition with tags attached.

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind.
-Same-day refunds are available back to your original payment method
Refunds will be issued for up to 96% of the purchase amount (to cover non-refundable credit card processing fees)

Return Eligibility
Online orders are eligible for a refund to the original payment method if returned within 14 business days of delivery.

Please submit a return request through your order before sending items back.
Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Processing Time
Once received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

After Leaving the Store
Once items leave the store, they fall under our standard return policy:
